The concept of distributed shared memory (DSM) is considered by an example of meta language МАКС DSM designed for interoperability of units in the distributed system (e.g., groups of autonomous mobile apparatus) being an alternative to traditional Send/Receive ones, and considerably simplifying generation of final decentralized fault-tolerant decisions.

The article reviews dynamic stochastic model describing spatiotemporal representation of a moving wave surface for determination of its propagation velocity and length. Formulas enabling calculation of these wave disturbance parameters at all stages of wave action by means of advanced wave measuring equipment have been developed.

Due consideration was given to legal aspects of the "Median line" term. The critical selection results from basic data open sources were provided for its calculation, and calculation techniques thereof. According to the calculation results, position of median lines in the Arctic Ocean is illustrated on the cartographical images.

Main provisions of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) concerning maritime space delimitation between the countries have been considered. Results of analysis of conditions established in the Black Sea water area by the end of 2017 regarding demarcation of maritime boundaries have been provided.

A new technique for creation of seafloor topography digital models using data obtained at different times and based on systematic quality analysis of inconsistent bathymetrical information differing by its confidence level, and checked using the materials of operations performed in the Arctic Regions is suggested.

Conformity Assessment of WOA and GDEM Hydrophysical Parameter Arrays in the North Atlantic Water Area. S. I. Mastryukov. – Navigation and Hydrography. – 2017. – No. 50. – Р. 52–60.

Comparison results of two most distributed network arrays of global reach hydrophysical data have been offered. Numerical evaluations of conformity degree of selected arrays were obtained and suggestions on synthesis of mean value arrays for hydrophysical fields have been developed.

It has been affirmed that the geostatistical methods enable improving the efficiency of the Navy hydrometeorological support. The kriging efficiency assessment as compared to deterministic interpolation methods and the use of a hexagonal mesh for statistical calculations serve as a basis.

Methodological Approach to Assessment of Combat Capabilities of Joint Force Groupings Considering Hydrometeorological Situation (HMS) and Possibilities of Hydrometeorological Service. A. A. The article reviews two approaches to assessment of combat capabilities of force groupings considering statistical probability of occurrence of hazardous weather in the area of operations, and considering combat capabilities of hydrometeorological units and subdivisions of military formations included into force grouping. The suggested approaches enable to consider the influence of hydrometeorological conditions on the value of combat capabilities of opposing forces in the task of forces co-relation assessment.
